1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, registering for, or using the VASTRA mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This App is operated exclusively for registered hostel students and authorized laundry personnel of RVS University.

2. Eligibility & Account Security

Access is restricted to bona fide students and staff of RVS University.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Any unauthorized access or misuse of another student's account is strictly prohibited and subject to university disciplinary procedures.

3. Laundry Service Rules & Schedule

Assigned Weekly Slots: Students must submit their laundry bags on their officially designated weekly intake days mapped to their Academic Year and Course.
Item Piece Limits: Standard hostel washing quotas apply per booking (e.g. maximum 10-12 pieces per slot).
Digital QR Token Verification: Clothes are handed over and retrieved exclusively using digital QR pickup tokens generated inside the App.

4. Clothes Intake & Verification Photos

Students may capture or upload verification photos of their clothing items during booking. This photo evidence protects both the student and the laundry facility in verifying piece counts.

            👕 Care of Garments: While the laundry management uses professional washing and drying
            machinery, delicate fabrics requiring special dry-cleaning should not be deposited in standard hostel bulk
            laundry.
        

5. Issue Reporting & Grievance Redressal

If a student faces any laundry delay, missing item, or technical issue, they can raise a formal ticket via the in-app Help Desk & Complaint System with photo proof. Staff will investigate and resolve complaints within 24 hours.

6. Privacy & Data Safety

Your personal details, contact number, room information, and clothes photos are processed strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No user data is sold, monetized, or shared with commercial third parties.

7. Account & Data Deletion

Users may permanently delete their account and all historical laundry records at any time using the in-app "Delete Account" option under Profile settings.
